Completely opposite experience. My 1.5 spacers vastly improved my handling and top heaviness not only that but the looks too. I'm running the stock 30"tires though so that has to be the difference where you are getting worse handling and I'm getting better handling.
Basically the way I see it is you should go for the 7 speed mt with the 2.3l and an auto with the 2.7. only reason I say that is cause the 2.7 doesn't come with MT. If it did that's what I'd be driving right now.
Honestly it could be the way I drive but I usually stay consistent with my shifts. Bronco is not bad about it. Now my Mazdaspeed 3 it probably happened to me at least once every 2 months. The GTI was better about it but every now and then I'd miss shift into 3rd.
Btw it's only 3rd that this has...
Tbh. All 3 manuals I've own including the bronco had a bit different of a shift from 2nd to 3rd compared to the rest. It does cause me very rarely to miss shift. Only once in the bronco so far.
Thank God I don't have this issue(knock on wood). Yeah from your video I do not have that problem. 9500 miles. My 3rd gear is a bit different to shift to than the other gears but honestly that's been the same with my other 2 manuals prior to getting the bronco. I would tell the deal to shut up...
I think I know what you are talking about. I've had a manual since 2013. First a 2012 Mazdaspeed 3(I miss you baby), then a 2016 golf GTI, and now a 2022 Ford bronco. Everyone of them had a bit of a hiccup with 3rd gear. Idk why but it never behaves like the other for some reason. Even in the...
Lol. I called and they are going to see if they can get the refund but if not I'm just going to bite the bullet and get a muffler shop to install it for $90. (Only place I could find)
Lol and I just took it off and yup it doesn't fit going over it. So it's seems like I had it right the first time lol. Wow , so yeah I have the only god damn outlaw exhaust in America that is made wrong(their words not mine).
Yup. I was just told to insert it into the existing one,not over it. I was going to put it over but like I said before the tack welded band clamp prevented that ,so I called and they said spread the existing exhaust wings and insert it. I'm going to reinstall it properly this week since the band...
Yeah lol. Fitting it over the existing one is what logically made sense to me.... Problem is that's impossible. The band clamp over the muffler is tack welded onto the existing one. So if this was designed for the bronco then that would have been thought of. That's just one problem. The other...
yeah i bought this day 1. had a lot of issues with install sadly. i dont know for the life of me why they gave us long bolts instead of short ones so we didnt have to cut down the factory ones. doing that kinda messed up the plastic threading. its on there but not to my liking. i should have...
I have this. so while my experience is the only one in america where i have the wrong size and cant fit mine in the exhaust all the way. it does sound good but sadly i have not seen the mpg improvement on the average. im at 9000 miles so that might be a factor and i havent reset the average...
Pavement princess...... Umm no. More like the pavement patriarch.
Mods: boomba bov and throttle body spacer, k&n air filter, flow master axle back outlaw(no muffler), 1.5 inch KSP wheel spacers.
I know I was very interested in getting this back seat delete. I thought 350-380 whatever it cost was a fair price. That was until I realized that was just for one panel of 3. So spending over $1000 for this is not worth it in the slightest. It was only just worth it for the whole system for...
You lucky SOB. I paid $170 for mine through lethal. They charge $40 for shipping. Didn't notice Holley had it for $140 until I had already placed the order. Couldn't t get the order cancelled cause someone over at lethal didn't do there job and do that. So since it was only a day out I said...
