Mine just arrived at final rail yard destination , so hopefully will arrive at dealer this week. Took 20 days on the rail car to make it to CA. I hope you get some positive news soon!
You should really post the dealership name (maybe AFTER you get your Bronco) as a public service so anyone considering using them on this forum knows to stay away!! I fully plan on posting my dealer experience, good or bad, for that reason alone.
Thank you. My rail car has not made it to Chicago yet and it's been 10-11 days since it left MAP. UP has record of the rail car now, but the message said "Loaded. Scheduled arrival 11/16 at 10PM." But I have no idea what this means since as far as I can tell, CSX and UP have not yet...
Hi, did you get a resolution on this? My rail car ended up doing the same exact thing. Went from Cincinnati to Louisville then back to Cincinnati. Then Pottersburg and then "delivered" to NW OHIO this morning. I'm so confused.
Hi @Kos, the path of rail car TTGX983722 has been strange. I expected it to go to Chicago to get picked up by UP, but instead it went to Louisville, then back to Cincinnati, to Pottersburg and the "delivered" today to NW Ohio ICTF, which appears to be where they offload cars to get picked up by...
Adventures in rail car tracking. Here is the path of rail car TTGX983722:
11/8 or 11/9: Departs Wayne, MI
11/9: arrives in Walbridge, OH
11/9-11/12: sits in Walbridge, OH
11/12: arrives in Cincinnati, OH (movement!)
11/12 - 11/16: sits in Cincinnati, OH (repair track, ugh)
11/17: Departs...
Rail car tracking is ALMOST as painful as waiting for the built email. It took my Bronco NINE days to go from Wayne, MI to Louisville, KY (it sat in Ohio for most of the time). That’s almost half of my 19 transit days and it has to go all the way to CA. Pretty sure it’s not going to be here...
As someone who has been obsessively checking rail car status, I have to agree with this statement. However, that won't stop me from checking all the time! Probably would be happier blissfully unaware, but I just can't help myself.
Hard to say, we don't know how long that two door may have been sitting there. When did your mods pop and when did you ship? My mods popped 11/2 but didn't ship until 11/8. My delivery window is 11/24-11/30, but wondering if that will stick given the delay in OH. Aren't you the one that...
I got my info from the helpful people on the rail tracking thread. Based on posts there (including one concerning my rail car specifically), I believe Union Pacific picks up cars heading to California in Chicago.
Mine sat in Ohio for a solid week! First Walbridge, OH (11/9 - 11/12) and then in Cincinnati, OH (11/12 - 11/16). Now finally on its way to Chicago where it will hopefully not sit too long before getting picked up by Union Pacific.
