Well, I was informed by the dealer it was damaged in transit, lol, lol, lol, hahaha. I can't say it even surprised me in the least. I just felt like "well of course it did". It doesn't sound too serious, the front bumper apparently. One baby step at a time...…ugh.

Still waiting. At close by railyard since 3/26. Finally got someone from customer care who said that logistics would look into it and she would call me back personally. It took a lot of convincing but the representative was super nice.

Is it true that the dealership has no control over getting a vehicle from the railyard to the dealer? They claim that Ford controls all aspects of transportation. Mine has been in the railyard since 3/26 and I am interested in the process and if there is truly nothing my dealer can do?

In the railyard since 3/26. Went out to see the railyard this weekend. Lots of cars and some Broncos. Did not see mine. Then last night I get an eta pushed bacl all the way to 6/17. How long can this go on? blah blah blah!

Finally built 3/13 and shipped. Waiting in a railyard close to my Dealer Laura Ford in Sullivan, MO for 2 months. Vin 1FMDE5AH5NLB07938 The dealer says it is still 100% in Fords hands. I was just curious if this is correct or is there something they could do? Thank you for your reply in advance.
