I agree but I still think there are too many trims and package combos. My guess the force higher content up the line in a few years once they study the demands of first year buyers. I.e. badlands forces mid or high; etc.

Yes paying msrp however based on my relationship with the dealer they “lower” doc fee (which are crazy here). Should be about $500 off. Lots of quotes all over the place but I know my dealer personally and combined with no deposit and knowing they’re (at least trying) to get it right I’m cool.

33 of 120; 50 allocated. Fingers crossed for a ‘21. I have a 101 reservation # on 7/14 so we’ll see.

Good thread for perspective. 7/14 reservation/ order in the system, but 2 “sins” (2.7 and Sas). 2022 wouldn’t be awful but at almost 2 year wait for a car it’s frustrating.

This. I think the variation between way too many trim levels and the packages create confusion. Maybe I'm an outlier, but there should be more natural progression up the food chain, but ala carte options for more popular stuff. The similarities in trims seem odd to me. Again.. just me. :love:

I had the same dilemma and ended up with Cactus. I really like A51, but it came down to what color I'll like more in 2-3 years. Tough choice for sure, and you can't go wrong.

Ordered a CG badlands. Just found this thread and it solidified my decision! Thanks for sharing the great shots. A51 almost got me but glad I sticked with my day 1 pick.

Placed my order over the phone/email with my dealer. After they entered it, got Ford email with list of features.

New here but been following along. Great info and thanks for all the help. My dealer converted my order on Friday. Got the official email from Ford. I have a relationship with the dealer owner, so no deposit required, however he did mention that they will not be requiring deposits. Badlands...
