Another scenario I have heard of but doesn't seem to apply to me:
- dealer orders what they want and not what the customer order (for example the 2.3 instead of the 2.7, wrong color, maybe an Outer Banks instead of a Badlands) and then tells the customer to take it or leave it when they come to...
Late to the conversation but I am joining the club.
7/14/20 reservation
2/10/21 original order
10/20/21 MY22 order
11/18/21 Scheduled email
1/17/22 Build week
VB Badlands - SAS - Lux - Tow - 2.7 - Soft Top (since day 1)
I sent my salesman an email confirming my order on 10/18 (made some small changes) and got an email without Build Sheet just saying my order has been updated and also indicating model year 22 on 10./19. I got another one saying it has been update on 10/24 that I suspect is just the dealer...
My 2019 Navigator say it gets 18 MPG combined and even in Conserve I am only getting 15.6 mpg. I usually use 89 but occasionally throw in 91 or 93.
So if they are saying the Bronco might get 16 I think 12 is very likely for driving around town and in a normal manner.
Dealer said it was ordered twice and one of the orders was cancelled.
Still feel like if they cancelled the one linked to the reservation it would put me in the back of the line unless they were both linked to the reservation.
Just wanted to check to see if this is a glitch or anyone else had this experience and got it fixed because this forum knows more about what is going on than my dealer.
I have a 7/14 reservation. I placed my order with the dealer around 1/22 I didn't get a confirmation email or the order...
I think the B&P is still wonky. I built out a 4-Door Badlands Squatch and added the Lux package and on the summary it lists the price of the Lux as $0.
