I just installed mine 2 days ago. Agree, it's a bit eye awakening to drill holes but take your time, use the drill stop and make a punch dimple in the middle of your marking of where to drill so that your drill bit that they provide does not "walk" as you start to drill.
You'll be fine
TXBrian........great thread. I'm needing to figure out something to do to store my Wildtrak hard top as well. I like your set up. Really appreciate your thoughts and actions. Regarding the unistrut you used, Amazon has a 5' one. Is this what you used and just cut it down to length?
I agree...
Randall Reed's Ford Planet 635 Garland TX. MSRP less price protection AND Private Offer added together. Outstanding salesman, Joe Ritmo, Courtney Chapman and manager Suzzane Baker. Even enjoyed the jousting with Arturo in Finance.
Traveled from MD to them and would do it again in a heartbeat.
How do you get an offer code? I should be getting one from my original order date and it being reordered as a 2023. Was I supposed to turn something into Ford or was the dealer supposed to do it?
I have a 2023 wildtrak that was ordered in 2/22. Added HOSS3.0 by the deadline in March. It got re-orderd 9/9/22 as a 2023 and is built as of 12/21/22. It should be ready for delivery by 1/14-1/20/23 as per Ford hotline.
I have mentioned the private offer to my dealer back in September and the...
What has been ordered is the option for BOTH hard and soft top. Unless when you order both the soft top is a bimini top it should be a full soft top I believe.
That's what I thought but this is what his dealer is telling him.
I'd like to hear from those that received both tops at delivery and how things presented.
This does not pertain to me however, I know that ordering both a hard top and soft top can be done. For those that have ordered both and taken delivery of both, how does your Bronco arrive: With the hard top on the vehicle and the soft top in a box or also installed under the hard top?

I have owned a few turbo'd Fords. 2013 SHO and 2021 Expedition. Never did this warm up and idle down thing. 85k on the SHO and zero motor/turbo issues.
I do ALWAYS change my oil as close to 3k miles as possible to keep the oil clean. That I feel is very important.
Funny you mention this. Ever since my SHO was "lent" to my kid at college and I've been driving our newly acquired 2021 Expedition and now my 2022 Bronco, I too have changed my driving habits. All for the better I'd say.
