  1. The right suspension kit?

Well that is a good point… I was considering a 2 door, but a 4 door isn’t off the table.
  2. The right suspension kit?

Of course, the more I talk to you about it, the more I realize I am either waiting to buy, or basically building, the Warthog/Raptor. lol
  3. The right suspension kit?

No, this is awesome! I do appreciate the details, and it really helps with what to consider and why.
  4. '21 ManSquatch / SelfSquatch Black Diamond Build

The pics look like you are in the HR area. I'd love to get a chance to see your rig in person. It will be the first 2DR AND VB I've gotten to see in person. VB is my wife's preferred color, where I'm leaning more toward the Rapid Red..... but both are awesome.
  5. The right suspension kit?

Excellent point. Does the weight of the Bronco (she's a big girl) factor in as much as I think it would? That's like a body builder who never does leg day....
  6. The right suspension kit?

I agree that goatman summed it up well. Gives me a better understanding of what I’d be keeping my eyes open for.
  7. The right suspension kit?

So yes, go fast doesn’t mean the 4600 level speeds. It does mean fast enough to get the thrill, but slow enough to lower the roll potential. It’s a balance that I’m not sure stock provides, and positive rock crawler focus lifts are not suited for. Not sure a full long travel kit is the need...
  8. The right suspension kit?

Thank you too! I have trail grapplers on my 2018 JLU and Toyo Open Country R/Ts on my F150. Looking at the Recons.... I am loving the looks/tread on those. As far as what I am thinking for my build (when I finally get a Bronco)... So the inspiration is the 4600 Stock Series Bronco and the...
  9. The right suspension kit?

That was the answer that was worth the question! Thank you! Really, I want to enjoy my ride in the environment I will be in. Growing up I went to Pismo and watched folks run up the hill.... I really enjoy the Baja 1000 and KOH races. Do I want to be a driver in those events? No, but I do want to...
  10. The right suspension kit?

That's what I was thinking... that the SAS would then need to change the shocks (to coil overs) and control arms...but what else still remains to be determined right?
  11. The right suspension kit?

Is it that simple? Is the SAS the best way to start, or non-SAS BL?
  12. The right suspension kit?

Total newb POV here. I don't know the differences between the shocks, lifts, etc, sort of. I know the basics, lift vs level, etc. But.... it seems to me most lifts and discussion focuses on rock crawling, and articulation. Most kits focus on that, it seems. What about that go fast baja style...
