Hi, my vehicle was shipped 2/3 from flat rock Michigan and eta being 2/12-2/21. I was wondering if anyone had that delivery time frame as well and got their vehicle yet? I called and customer service shows vehicle is still at train yard which is weird cause tracker says “shipped” on my end.

Can i message you my vin also. My production date was 1/10 . I never got a built notification until it was shipped. It skipped over that bullet in the tracker. Please let me know if you can find out when mine was actually built. Thank you

How will i know? When the dealer gets it i guess I’ll mention it they’re supposed to look it over a day or two before i pick it up.

Does your tracker show “shipped”? Why would it show that if it’s actually not in motion ..mine shows “shipped” also and Its still at the rail yard. We’ll see if my eta changes. It’s from now 2/15-2/21. When was yours shipped? Mine was 2/3

ohh ok. So it left the plant. It’s just waiting to get to your dealer…I’m hoping mine leaves the plant soon. It said “shipped” i would think that would mean it’s in motion. But apparently not

And it’s still at the rail yard? I know mines in Trenton Michigan waiting on a rail car since the 3rd. Do they give you any reason for the delay?

Did they change the eta after the expiration date passes or during the window time frame? My eta is 2/15-2/21. I’m wondering if they change the dates after the 21st. So far nothings changed but I’m not hopeful

Ok so maybe mines on the train instead of showing at the train yard.,my eta is today 2/15-2/21 so we’ll see if that date changes. This has been such a debacle this latest takes the cake.

FordPass issue question. Can you tell me if the app can still show its exact location if it’s down? Mine was activated at the plant for some reason and then the app didn’t show updates since the 6th. I was wondering if the vehicle moves if the app isn’t working does it give it’s gps still?

I called last night and tech said there’s a software glitch in the app. It’s supposed to fixed sometime in February. Mines been not updated since 1/6. I wonder how often this happens…

Ok I’m just gonna wait it out. I can’t track it in the train so when it comes out to a truck hopefully i can see where it is. Mines going to Virginia then to NC. Where’s yours going?

Did you get the rail car number from the dealer? I was at ramp 51 also but then it went to Trenton near the train station and i think it loaded on the 6th. Atleast that’s when my FordPass tracker stopped showing it’s location. So i assume it’s on the train.

I hope we’ll be able to track it again after it unloads the train

I know not many people had their FordPass activated at the plant. Mine was done at the train yard days before it was loaded.
