First day order for the base red satin clear as well, received tracking for it this afternoon. Washington to California shouldn't take too long, hopefully by Wednesday.
I love the truck it looks great, would totally drive one.....but I can't see the price. The Ranger Tremor is already at 50k. Seeing this at 60-65k plus dealer mark up? Nope. I see most peasant people weighing the Ranger Raptor against having an F-150 loaded Tremor (with a 5.0 rumble of course)...
Not the same thing as having an actual license. They are just buying the original emblems that are already licensed for the early Broncos and cutting off the pegs and adding 3M backing.
They do it quarterly, I just happen to see one of the reports on the Jeep JL forum not to long go. Looks like they sell about 200,000ish wranglers a year for 2020/2021 so roughly 16,500 a month.
Only other company besides Bestop that is making one for the Bronco that I have seen is Rampage. It is another slant back though. I wish someone would do a tan soft top or bikini top as well. There is some one making a hydraulic convertible top as well.
Really interested to see how the tops turn out on these. A nice side by side comparison of how they are made compared to the MOD top would be cool. Heritage looks good.
Hooke Road has been coming out with some good looking stuff at normal non-Bronco tax prices. I am thinking of buying a few hings from them. The full and half rack look awesome.
This shelf for the back look good too and its one that looks like it comes almost to the tailgate for decent security...
Your telling me I could have had Wimbledon white stripes in the Explorer kit on my Bronco? I called three different companies making stripes for the 6g and they all said there is no vinyl that matches Wimbleton White. What company makes the vinyl, if you dont mind me asking.
I ended up with...
Bestop did this same test with their soft tops vs hard and came up with the same results, not really any difference between the two. They also did a temperature test that showed little difference.
Not really sure what to do with this or what your point is? I am assuming you think the Broncos that are racing in KOH are somehow equated to a production 2 door Bronco?
"The simple fact is that everyone wants the 2dr, but everyone settles for the 4dr."
This is the exact opposite of fact. You...
Don't get me wrong, I don't dislike the 2 door and plan on grabbing a used one someday. The two and 4 door are equally cool to me. Aside from ones personal taste in looks I can't think of anything important that the two door masters. The four door has a longer towing wheelbase, holds more fuel...
Your exactly right, but the short bus brigade doesn't understand it. If people thought the two door Broncos were better looking or more useful it would show in the take rate. Last I looked we weren't even at 25% take rate on an enthusiast forum, real world is even worse. Does the two door Bronco...
LOL, I happen to snag the Mabett one but wanted the IAG ones as well. Wanted to make sure I wasn't making a mistake and there wasn't something people were liking. Also I thought I saw where IAG is coming up with a light where the Mabett one goes so it may be better to wait for that too.
