    Mine definitely scratched on opening from the full down position. I think the issue is the "lift here" label has you in a little awkward position on your first attempts at closing the top. I believe you end up lifting up but also pushing towards the passengers side causing the top to "rack"...

    Clarification, My 20k points are there in the system, but not visible on my Ford Pass account. They are called Bonus Thank you points that only the dealer can see and redeem when you go in. Ford parts or service-for what it’s worth.

    Wasnt questioning or debating it. I was Just giving you some info Ford Pass customer service gave me. I did go to service and parts and both told me they can’t do it. So sorry for passing on bad info.

    I was told to go to parts or service with your email and account number and they activate any points beyond the 42k for buying or leasing. My 42k showed up about a week after delivery
