Haha right?! I'm shocked no one has come out with basically a copy of the current top but in different materials. Where's china at? You cant even trust American brands to make plastic tubs properly these days.
...True story. I bought a tub a week or so ago. Saw the made in America, probably...
Thank you I've been looking for this info! Problem for me has been I will format a drive and add a few songs. It will work good for those few. So then I upload a massive library and it is not recognized. What formatting are you using for the drive? I use the old school iTunes folder structure...
Maybe stupid question, but I know people have said it looks really bad but is flat to the touch. Is it physically warped in or outward or just looks like that in the light? Mine is also starting to show odd waves but so far the surface is consistently flat...so far..
My first ford since a 91 probe I had in highschool back in 2000. Outside of the overall looks (both interior and exterior look great from a design standpoint)and fun driving. So many things don’t line up, feel cheap or already show signs of wear…I’ve had it for a month. The only new vehicle...
What area is this picture a closeup of?That’s very true that there’s probably engineered gutters all over. The wind noise honestly isn’t too bad and it’s really the alignment and materials that drive me crazy about the Bronco. It is so much fun to drive and the look is perfect…but the...
My question is where does water go that in the portion that weatherstrip doesn’t quite cover 🤔 already found yet another late 24 with the same issue.
I just noticed you are the first and only other bronco I have seen with that lower weatherstripping where to top comes together with the pillar...I've watched lots of videos of people taking them off and that appears to be absent. Just a dark gap. I'm assuming yours is a late 2024 model like...
This looks incredibly similar to the problem im having and made a thread on. Washing it the other day noticed that gap that got larger as it moved up from the side to the top. Did you find a solution?
Mine has the exact same wear as the top picture. I think it's because that gasket like hard rubber triangle piece that helps glide the window is manufactured wrong. It is warped when comparing to the passenger side. Did you get this resolved?
I think i have the same issue or similar. that same corner piece is wearing away the the thin coat of rubber on the frame gasket when closing because that piece is warped. do you have a picture? Also did you find the part and how to install?
Oh yeah i have that exact same compressed gasket visible on the misaligned side (drivers side). Completely hidden on the other (passenger side). I cant distinguish where any road/wind noise originates but my girlfriend in the passenger seat said she could hear wind behind my seat so i think that...
Thanks for the pictures. I see the similar gap at the very top. Its kinda hard to tell in your shot if you have the other gap running all the way down like mine I highlighted in yellow to better see, but i could easily fit a nickel in it and as far as i know gives direct access to the inside...
Yeah, here i was concerned about bubbling or the other issues these MIC tops have had and it took me a month to realize the panels of it werent assembled correctly. by the looks of it my guess is that some of the weather stripping got pinched when they panels were being glued together making it...
I live down the road from a dealership (not the one i purchased from) and a tech happened to be availble to take a quick look. He at first stated they would more than likely do their best to "seal" it up as ford would go the cheapest route to remedy. The issue beyond this is once you see how...
Noticed when washing today there is a difference in alignment of the seams on the MIC top of the 2 door near the pillar. you can see the gap where wind and water can more easily enter as the seal isnt "sealed" due to I assume how the sides meet the very top panel. Does anyone know how the top...
