HOSS is just the name they have designated for the Bronco suspension. There are 2 HOSS suspensions, the normal HOSS and the HOSS with Bilstein Position Sensitive Dampers.

Going Sasquatch gets you the upgraded front differential, different gearing, tires, suspension, wheels, etc. I haven't decided what I'm doing yet, I wish I could get the Sasquatch package with 33"s, but I'll probably get it anyway.

I don’t know what the marketing dept is calling high-clearance. They could be pointing out that anything with the upgraded Bilsteins has a lift compared to the stock suspension. They could be referencing the bump stops limiting up-travel. BL, WT, FE, & Sasquatch have the same suspension setup...

The physical suspension components on the BL, WT, FE, & Sasquatch are the same. The only difference for anything with 35”s is the larger bump stops that limit up-travel .5” or so.

Depends on the dealer. granger has said no additional deposit at order, but I’m sure some will require it.

Not to beat this to decathlon, but I just received my new reservation email from Ford. To me this means that they will produce according to the time stamp of the order, not on when a dealer inputs it.

I certainly understand both sides of the "uber home" and "from my cold dead hands spectrum. I was really just curious to see what everyone's thought process would be in this hypothetical.

It came up because I’ve had strangers offer to buy my ‘75. It was my grandpa’s, but I’m sure there is a price that could sway me to let it go. It would be completely ridiculous for someone to pay what it would take, but there is a number.

The granger deal would be over, this is after delivery. My reservation is late enough that I couldn’t see this happening to me, but I’m sure some early deliveries might. The question is more about the threshold for someone to let go of it once they have it.

I’m starting to think that after a long day, I read “use tax” and my brain processed it as the “ownership tax.” I have far less confidence in this than I did an hour ago. I’ll still call the Dept of Revenue tomorrow to confirm.
