I'll never understand why folks are paying a dealer to install these...especially $800! The tune is a marginal improvement - barely worth the cost of the Procal IMO.

Great trip, report, and videos. Watching the video re-emphasized the opinion I developed 30 years ago - autos are superior in the rocks. I'm not throwing shade on the manuals as I have two cars with them, but for slow rockcrawling/finesse manuvers, autos rule.

I'm running RSE steps and 37s. Any rubbing you might experience won't be due to the steps - there's plenty of clearance.

Might be a dumb idea and I don't want to derail this thread, but... Is it bad practice to hang more than one accessory off of a solenoid - like a 500A Stinger? Say for example a winch and an Anderson connector like what's being discussed - with an upfitter triggering the solenoid? I should...

Update - the LEDs that stopped working decided to start working again and didn't blink all weekend. I'm hoping it was an anomaly and I don't have any more issues as I really love the Oracle tails...

I have my 2m/70cm antenna mounted on the driver side I have had no issues hitting any repeater within a reasonable distance and reports have been good.

Good to hear. I am keeping the factory tails - just because... We'll see if Oracle offers a replacement - if not, I'll most likely go with the Mori's.
