Tinted, 20% fronts, layered 35% over the stock on the back cap windows. Gonna do the hood deflector this afternoon, wind noise on the cowl is annoying and the amount of salt rocks on the road right now is stupid
Successfully did both X-Plan and voucher on mine, I might push a little on it. X-plan isn't even a code in the system, just a selling price (since ford doesn't offer it)
that would be great! appreciate it. I would love to see where the fasteners are located and where to apply the force. gonna warm up here the next few days so i might try it again
Took me all of three days to get it tinted. 20% film on the front doors, 35% layered across the factory dye on the MIC windows. Guy did an amazing job with the frameless
Read the manual, still not quite sure what parts to yank on or not. Does anyone have a video so i don't snap something off the first week i have this dang thing? lol i tried to do it earlier and it stressed me out
Papers done! Picking her up at 1pm!!! pics to come. Drove her in the Pre PDI state with 6 miles on the clock. Spectacular. Blackwell ford in plymouth hooked me up too with zero hassle. Best dealer experience ever
Called again cause my email link tracker is down...she now says that its built and awaiting shipment (woohoo!) and the EDD is moved to 2/22, which i have a strange feeling they will beat considering I'm a half hour from the plant. Exciting stuff
I'm somehow still holding at 2/12, I called just a few minutes ago and she said that there is no hold on my build for chips or anything (after i specifically asked) and my EDD is unchanged. Last time I called she said there was a chip hold, so I guess something positive, if i can believe it?
I do wonder if there are shortages on a bunch of different things (like our tow) and its piecemeal what they work on.
The 21s still stuck make me think there is some specific configuration that they ran out of right at the end that doesn't apply to 22s.
My mods popped, and my sync is alive and up to date, but my hotline lady said chips specifically on mine yesterday. Could be tow chip, though, as i've heard that controller is an issue from random other posts. And then if you count in the theories that they were prioritizing rail deliveries...
I certainly listened for her name and i know it wasn't karen, she had a slight accent (southern perhaps?) and sounded 30s/40s. She can be added to the decent hotline people list
Called hotline and got through immediately, she took my VIN, said "went into production 12/22, completed on 1/03, waited on QC, and now i'm showing it as waiting for a microchip and they adjusted the ETA to Feb6-12". Seems promising for once, and she was very helpful
