  1. a Price Check (and a Vibe Check) 2025 BadSas

The glass repair would not concern me as it was probably a rock chip. It seems one of my cars needs a new windshield every year. What is the MSRP for the vehicle?
  2. maintenance tips for any new Bronco owner

Wow I thought I am anal about new-vehicle maintenance. You put me to shame! Overkill? Probably. Peace of mind? For sure!
  3. New Order Delay

When I configured an order in May, the dealer told me to expect 12-16 weeks (and I figured he was underestimating* so expected longer). Given your order day of 3/26, end of July is within that window so it seems reasonable from what I was told. I ended up buying off the lot instead (paid less...
  4. The best trim for a new buyer

True for current-gen Tundra engines. My three older Toyotas (2001 Tundra, 2004 Siena, 2020 Tundra V8) have been nearly bulletproof. My friends' older 4Runners have been great. No vehicles are perfect forever. My only other new Ford, a 2017 Shelby GT350, has been great aside from some...
  5. Anyone else concerned owning this car out of warranty ?

Wow, you have driven around the Earth nearly 8 times since 2023!
  6. Advice Needed on Bronco Purchase: Badlands 7MT or Stroppe 2.7L?

It is amazing how terrible some human intelligence is and folks continue to use it to spread false information! :)
  7. The best trim for a new buyer

    Except for two doors!
  8. The best trim for a new buyer

I am all for not overspending, but adding some of these options is a small expense relative to the total cost of the vehicle. Adding them later becomes more expensive or difficult without trading vehicles, which is more expensive. Looking back at my vehicle purchases and even houses, 100% of...
  9. The best trim for a new buyer

Then get a 4Runner! Seriously, I love the Bronco but not for reliability.
  10. New Member

Welcome! Third time is the charm. The Stroppe looks insanely good. So cool in a sea of dull-looking vehicles.
  11. Advice Needed on Bronco Purchase: Badlands 7MT or Stroppe 2.7L?

What I mean is that the Bronco is not a performer on the road, so adding a MT is not so critical. My wife, for instance has no interest in a MT in her daily-driver Honda SUV (which has nice paddle shifters and is surprisingly quick but it's still a big SUV), but does have a MT in her sporty...
  12. 4% BELOW INVOICE ON 2026 BRONCOS @ GRANGER MOTORS!

I came close to buying a Bronco off the lot (a special-order Badlands that the orderer backed out of). The price was good (not amazing considering it was a unique and expensive build) but they lowballed my trade offer ($4-12k less than five other dealers). I expected better since the Bronco was...
  13. INSTALLED! 2 DOOR Drawer system - STROPPE EDITION -

Impressive! And it looks lightweight, so even better.
  14. Advice Needed on Bronco Purchase: Badlands 7MT or Stroppe 2.7L?

We have similar tastes. I also have a BOSS 302 (1970), and the 2-door HLE is the other Bronco model I would consider.
  15. Advice Needed on Bronco Purchase: Badlands 7MT or Stroppe 2.7L?

I do tow but mostly a small 14' aluminum fishing boat that weighs little. Also a large pontoon boat occasionally and only a few miles from my cabin to a storage facility for winter.
  16. Advice Needed on Bronco Purchase: Badlands 7MT or Stroppe 2.7L?

Indeed! As you know, I was going to trade in my GT350, but in the end cannot do it. I am going to trade in my pickup instead.
  17. Advice Needed on Bronco Purchase: Badlands 7MT or Stroppe 2.7L?

I would add the Ford pro tune to the 2.3. Would consider it for the 2.7.but the gain is not that great for the $, so not sure. Am interested in feedback from anyone who has done the Ford tune on the 2.7. I have read lots of good feedback on the 2.3 tune.
  18. Advice Needed on Bronco Purchase: Badlands 7MT or Stroppe 2.7L?

I do wrench on all my vehicles, so this is important. Would love to hear more on reliability of 2.7L vs. 2.3L. I thought the second-gen 2.7L is better/good but maybe not?
