The actual screw head. Prying it forward/ away from the fastener. Unscrewing them didn’t actually cause the screw to come out, it would just spin within the fastener.

Had my bronco for less than 2 weeks and my wipers are doing the same thing everyone else has reported. They will drop down to the slowest speed after a few minutes of use, regardless of what speed they are switched to. Bad rain today in Memphis, wipers on full speed, dropped down to slow mode...

My price protection rebate was actually considerable higher than I expected. I called marketing phone number, got cert number, dealer applied it… They were shocked how much I got… it appears I got the Option B Wildtrack amount, I was expecting the Everglades amount being $1,000 less...
