The Carova area has very limited number of parking passes each week. As mentioned, you can drive on the beach, just can't park. Your other option is on the other end of the penninsula by Oregon Inlet or beyond on Hatteras, you can get a pass online to drive on the Cape Hatteras National Seashore.

19mpg over almost 8k miles. '21 Wildtrak - so Sasquatch, 2.7, Automatic I live in the country, so there isnt much city driving. This includes trips to the mountains and the beach, including a few hours of driving on the beach.

Definitely going to be a personal choice and change based on speakers, bit ai definitely fealt the sound was brighter in surround, while stereo leaves some of the the issues that caused me to replace the speakers to begin with. I need to replace my center channel but don't want to pay the focal...

I just went and and checked and do see a small depression in the liner, but not enough to make me worry. I tilted my connector as far as it would go, so I could see it being more drastic if it was fully upright.

Wish I had realized the rubber came off easily to get a wrench on it. I used two flathead screwdrivers crossing each other in and X, to get it tightenee. Initially used a metal pry tool which fit perfectly, but couldn't tighten it fully with that.

Interesting, I don"t aee any evidence that mine hits the liner at all. Seems like it could be close though.

I would have done mine this way, but preferred to angle the quick connect towards the front.
