Definitely think it was an impact of some sort. No idea what or how but doesn’t really matter now. Just sucks but I’ll get it replaced at some point. Hopefully before we start getting rain again.
Not sure if it’s damage or a bug splatter. Hit a ton of bugs driving back from Colorado a couple of weeks ago. Will give it a more thorough look in the morning. Thanks for pointing it out.
Honestly it sounded like a small explosion. Never had something hit the windshield with that much force. Ears were ringing afterwards. The top was back and the windows were down so glad whatever it was hit the windshield and didn’t come through the open windows.
Haha thanks, yeah I hope I can get it replaced soon as well. I’ve seen some of the horror stories of windshields on here so fingers crossed.
All good, just scared the crap out of me.
My Bronco’s windshield randomly shattered today while driving to Bend, Oregon from Corvallis. It looks like a huge rock hit the windshield but I wasn’t following anyone so not sure what would have hit it. Whatever it was caused glass to go flying into the passenger seat.
Thank you for the quick reply. I've had mine since February and have driven it on the highway a few times without issues but for some reason this trip it was very loud and obnoxious. Wasn't sure if it was because the wind was coming from a certain direction or if this was just a normal...
This is the first vehicle I've owned with a soft top so mainly curious if this is normal. Over the last two days I've traveled back from Colorado to Oregon. I noticed at highway speeds the soft top would vibrate very loudly at times. There were times that it got so loud I couldn't hear the radio...
I’ve got a set I took off at around 2800 miles. Never been used off road. Live out and Oregon and could ship them to you. Also coming to Colorado in July if you could wait until then. May be able to fit them in the car.

@Ford Motor Company I just started experiencing a clicking sound on the driver side rear near the passenger seat. It seems to be coming from the bar that goes over the passenger area. My Bronco has around 2700 miles on it and the clicking just started. Is there a fix for this by chance?
