I read your post above re: vacuum assist, I must admit. I have never heard of these...
Can you confirm the 2.3 brakes.. uncharged need what I will call heavy foot pressure to stop…. Guessing. 80#-120# of foot pressure.
Basically the same as almost all other cars.
thx
All I have ever seen / used. Are mechanical pressure on a “unassisted boost”
System. My current Jeep system uses AIR pressure from the motor home..
I believe that’s the way all systems work. Mechanical. Either electric plunger.
Or air plunger or pull cable attached to pedal.
My preference...
2.7 with EBB
2.3 with vacuum BB
when both are out of boost. Vacuum, several seconds. EBB. 45 min.
is it fair to say the pedal pressure needed is approx the same??.
And probably matches most other cars (jeeps) out there…
if so, Most brake systems are already calibrated for this, and...
Stayed at recommendation location.
Would pay extra to stay away from strip. :)
don't really care for smoke filled hotels…
Lived in Vegas before…..
Rental car from airport fairly cheap..
Easy drive. Allow extra time
Afraid of 1st year issues?
