@Krieger Did more emails come out with more dates? I thought it was only last weekend, but maybe they're doing more rounds of the event. 😃 It would be awesome for more of our group to be able to go!

@MrJoe Yup! The IS 2 door BD I added in my post from Sat is the one I drove. It handled everything with no problem. Couldn't test the trail turn assist since it was a manual, but it got through everything else with no problem, despite my cautious nature (possibly going a little slower than ideal).

@RDS12 what?! Sounds like a pretty busy tow session today. I wanted to use that Badlands you were in, as it is my exact build, but the one exception was the game changer. I have a manual on order and the only manual they had available was the two-door BD. That little guy was a beast nonetheless...

That's a great looking rig and I'm glad it's finally home with you! Sounds like L-Town Ford went above and beyond, but I'd venture to say it's not much of a surprise for us. Hoping all goes well and the build concerns resolve themselves.

Nice!!! Anybody from your session get stuck? I was so conservative on the throttle most of the time, I think our guide must've been waiting for us to get stuck. 😄 You're right, it was definitely better than expected. I hope they offer more opportunities like this!

We braved the sleet, snow, and wind to do the off road test drive in Virginia and loved it!! I'm sure it was like a mini Off Rodeo, but it was awesome! Even got to observe as they pulled another participant out. 😄 Hoping the guys who are scheduled for tomorrow have as great of a time as we did!

@Krieger That's weird. When I signed up for the VA one (later in the evening after getting the email), there were only two time slots left on Saturday. Sunday seemed wide open. Maybe WV is the more premier location? 🤔🤷‍♂️

@RDS12 Looks like we'll be crossing paths. I went with a Sat time. @Eharris55 Yeah, it was an email from Ford. The only one I've gotten since my order was converted in Oct. 🙄 Thanks to Renee, though, for keeping the communication.

So, I'm trying to decide on a towing setup. Looking on the Ford accessory site, the trailer hitch assembly is $360, but I found a hitch through Rough Country for $99. I know I'll need the wiring harness, which I'm considering ordering through Ford and having them install it, but I'm just trying...

@Darrell Thanks and will do. Planning on getting that daggone tow package on that I had to drop and maybe a couple other orange accent items as an homage to my dad's 76 Bronco (hence the username and pic).
