I believe the black top comes standard with the Wildtrak and the 37 inch tires and 2 inch lift is a factory option. I am unsure of the grille situation but I am guessing those are options also with price differences.

The orange 2 door has a factory 2 inch lift with 37 inch tires. The two door orange one is showcased with extras such as the lift, open doors and grille which is extra.
