Did you buy a used vehicle from South Florida online and have it shipped to CA?
South Florida is the mecca of vin alteration/stolen vehicles, usually shipped overseas.
At the transport yards I have been to, there are thousands of vehicles waiting to be transported by trucks. How long it takes depends on how many are ahead of you and how many drivers they have.
And of course they don't want you to track their trucks. That's how cargo & semis could be stolen...
There are vehicles ahead of you to be transported. If you really need the Bronco, you can find out what transport company is doing it and give them a cash offer to jump the line.
I bet the tires were overinflated, as most dealers/service centers overinflate. SAS should be much smoother than standard. Try the ride when the tires are 34/35 psi cold. I've seen 45 psi on a new bronco I test drove. It was a horrible ride.
Ford did cancel all 2023 orders. If you had an order for a 2023 HE that was scheduled (had a Vin #), you could get a $4250 price adjustment from Ford if you reordered any Bronco model using the same order number.
All 2023 orders were cancelled by Ford around Nov 16th. No orders were pushed to 2024.
No private offers or transition offers apply going forward except for HE models that had a VIN.
Your dealer put in your order for the 2024 Big Bend. I would get your deposit back and look for a dealer that...
Place order.

I'm being facetious. Or am I?
You should be able to change that. I had a friend that had changes after vin. When your dealer pulls up your order, the items that can't be changed are grayed out.
Thursday is scheduling day. If you received an order confirmation email from Ford, you should receive an email when your Bronco is scheduled.
Sometimes, scheduling emails will go out on Friday.
