I bet the tires were overinflated, as most dealers/service centers overinflate. SAS should be much smoother than standard. Try the ride when the tires are 34/35 psi cold. I've seen 45 psi on a new bronco I test drove. It was a horrible ride.

You should be able to change that. I had a friend that had changes after vin. When your dealer pulls up your order, the items that can't be changed are grayed out.

Thursday is scheduling day. If you received an order confirmation email from Ford, you should receive an email when your Bronco is scheduled. Sometimes, scheduling emails will go out on Friday.
