Agreed, I didn't realize I had not latched mine back up for a few days but I don't think this is an actual soft-top issue. I have to manually latch mine.

My dealer told me not to go through a good amount of water at any speed. He already had to replace his alternator after a day at Holly Oaks.

Yup, they had it for two weeks trying to diagnose an electrical problem. I told them about this and two different people drove it and they said nothing wrong. I was even told that the broncos are like this because they wanted more "flex" for such a heavy duty off roader.

Count me in as well,. So much rattling on any sort of bump, ford techs said its nothing out of the ordinary….

I didn't read the article but I have to agree with them. My Badlands has been in the shop for two weeks. Unknown electrical issue, you can see my post here. Once I get it back I will write up a full post so people can see the solution.

Thanks for the advice! Luckily I didn't need to use the electrical tape! Did the battery disconnect, let it sit for 20 and she started right up. It did show a few warning messages about 4x4 and getting service but they went away after a few minutes and did not reappear after restarting. I am...
