  1. Interesting Review For a 78 Bronco

That is an awesome find and it’s funny to see this embedded in an article gushing about how the full size is better. going off of sales the full size was not a mistake for ford. From ~15k in 77 to ~77k in 78 but markets change. In a world of large on road suvs small off-roaders are needed
  2. Upcoming Bronco Review & Burger Talk

Definitely not how I would rank burger chains, but I can understand the appeal of most of those. Never had a good experience with culvers or whataburger though.
  3. Upcoming Bronco Review & Burger Talk

Classic tryhard? Yeah that is obnoxious to see, but that is still better then someone moving in from out of state and insisting literally everything needs to change to match the culture they were desperate to leave. Maybe he will chill out a bit eventually.
  4. 🎥 A Happy Father’s Day Video For All Bronco Dads (Tear Jerker)

Adorable video. As someone who was forced to sell their (gen 3) Bronco in college and is now looking forward to a gen 6 I guess I can relate more then most.
  5. Stumbled across this on Wrangler Forum..

Yup. And there is nothing wrong with that.
  6. Stumbled across this on Wrangler Forum..

I'm sure most of them are happy to see some competition. It can't be fun being a European companies North American redheaded stepchild. Without Ford nipping at their heels corporate has no reason to invest in improving the wrangler. I fight for the user consumer.- Some Ford product manager...
  7. Will there be a future Lincoln Bronco?

2022: Bronco finally launches after endless delays. Is immediately crowned best vehicle ever by everyone. Ford cancels the rest of it’s lineup to retool to meet Bronco demand. Stelantis admits it’s wrangler is inferior, immediately gives up all vehicle production and pledges investors that it...
  8. Changing Dealers if Bumped to MY22… HATE my Dealer

20k dealer markup for the most common truck in the US? I think even someone with a 10 million dollar net worth would rather laugh at them then pay for that “convenience”. Then again there is a sucker born every minute and it’s obvious the average car buyer buys twice as much as they can...
  9. FordPass - Is it free?

I am empathetic to convenience concerns. I just thought you should be aware of the real costs to free services. Ford is in fact tracking customers using gps and selling that data. I have not bothered to dig into the details, but I believe they are getting the data through app usage with...
  10. FordPass - Is it free?

My main job is actually data science programming for a company that measures advertising impact for a living. I'm well aware of all the ins and outs of the trends in add tracking. And I refuse to go quietly into that dark night.
  11. FordPass - Is it free?

I believe FordPass is free in the way that Facebook is free. Ford is spying on your location and selling that information. I intend to avoid that app and the high/lux package for that reason.
  12. Do you fit the Ford demographic?

What is Ford's demographic anyway? I think over half the vehicles I've driven regularly or purchased were Ford's, but as far as I can tell Ford has not traditionally had a stereotype for it's owners on the whole. Maybe there are some stereotypes around particular models, but around the brand...
  13. Plug-In Hybrid Broncos Confirmation?

Looking at what is offered on the maverick hybrid and the f150 power boost and it’s easy to read between the lines. It’s not a matter of if The Bronco will get a hybrid, but when. I’m expecting it to be a plug in hybrid because ford can’t let jeep one-up with the 4xe
  14. Ford offering $1000

It's more dollars chasing fewer goods. There is a name for that in economics.
  15. Did I screw up my order? No rear locker.

Do you need it for your use case? Probably not. Should you get it if you still can? Hell yes. It’s not that expensive ($800) and you will get at least half of that money back when you sell the vehicle. Honestly rear lockers should probably be standard with all 4x4 vehicles, but I guess they...
  16. WTF is Jeep doing?

Jeep is the redheaded stepchild of a failing multinational corporation at best. At worst it's a company too stubbornly absorbed in some obscure notion that the wrangler is a pure and perfect design circa 1940s to seriously consider any major changes except when dragged kicking and screaming by...
  17. VIDEO: First Drive in the Bronco

Probably made private because he accidently broke some press embargo.
  18. VIDEO: First Drive in the Bronco

I'm sure it's no better or worse then any other typical soft top. Lets be real. If you care about road noise on the highway a soft top is not for you. If you don't then just crank up the radio and enjoy the weather.
  19. VIDEO: First Drive in the Bronco

An exclusive Ford dealership 'review' lol. Talk about access journalism. No offense to Town and Country. If I had that opportunity I'd take it.
  20. Turning radius of 2021 Bronco?

Nostalgia aside the turning radius is what I miss the most about my 86 Bronco. For such a large vehicle it was a cinch to parallel park or do u turns
