  1. Badlands Build and Price 'quirk' I experienced

This is common. Ford has limited certain item combinations based upon max GVWR. The four-door Badlands seems to suffer the most from this, likely because it has heavy duty bumpers and skid plates standard. Whether all items will be restricted at order time is unknown, but the roof rack and...
  2. ? Rapid Red Wildtrak 4-door w/ soft top

I agree. It also has the steps rather than the rock rails the First Editions come with.

@Mattwings I don’t think it’s 100% confirmed yet. My dealer said he wouldn’t have the official order guide until tomorrow. We will likely know then.

@ozzman469 Oxford White, 2-door, Badlands, Lux, Sasquatch. I battle with adding Sasquatch the most, but I know that the forged beadlock capable wheels are nicer than anything I would pay for aftermarket and I really want the lower gearing. I heard the 4.70 isn’t actually an option with the auto...

    Michigan Bronco Club

At this very moment I’m 100% ready to go. If you ask me tomorrow, that could completely change. It has been quite the rollercoaster for me. The longer I have to wait, the more I consider radical changes in hopes of getting it sooner. Current plan is to forget about possible delays and order...
  6. BDS lifts not available at launch, looking for donor vehicles

Very tempting if they will give you a free or heavily discounted suspension. Not sure I will have my Bronco in time for it to be worth it to them, but if by some chance I do, I may consider this.

@ArrickSports That’s alright! I will find out if I made the cut in a day or two... and then find out I didn’t in May after I have added all of the limited options I want.
  8. 4WP (4 Wheel Parts) Bronco aftermarket parts ready to launch once first 100 vehicles roll off the line.

It’s a combination of multiple factors. I still don’t know where I fall in my dealer’s allocation for my July 15 reservation (plan to find out when I go to order), and I will be ordering a 2-door, 2.7, Lux, and Sasquatch so chances of getting pushed to 2022 seem high.
  9. Does factory Floor Liners option includes cargo area?

Because I will be buying the Bronco new, I will probably keep it until I run it into the ground, and at that point I will assess whether it's better to rebuild or replace. I like to start with things new because I am a bit particular with how things are taken care of and I always feel like the...
  10. Does factory Floor Liners option includes cargo area?

I've seen it, but do you not think you could eventually wear through it? Maybe not right away, but after years of my heals in the same spots, maybe. They aren't too expensive and it's good preventative maintenance, in my opinion.
  11. 4WP (4 Wheel Parts) Bronco aftermarket parts ready to launch once first 100 vehicles roll off the line.

Wow! I am surprised they are going to be ready with lifts so soon! Maybe I can hold off on Sasquatch to try and squeeze into 2021...
  12. 1974 Grabber Blue Ford Bronco at Mecum Auction

All I want is Grabber Blue. Velocity Blue just doesn't do it for me. If (more likely when) I get bumped to 2022, I hope they add this color.
  13. What exactly is the benefit to choosing to wait for MY22?

I agree. There will probably be no significant change for model year 2022. I could see the steel bumpers no longer being standard on Badlands and Black Diamond and instead being an additional cost. I believe there were a few years Jeep Rubicons came with steel bumpers standard and now they are...
  14. Does factory Floor Liners option includes cargo area?

Agreed. I will have the washout floors because I am sticking with the MGV seats on the Badlands, but I am worried that if I don't have a liner over them my heals will wear holes through the rubberized coating so I plan to get the liners. I am curious if you get carpet mats standard front and...
  15. Does factory Floor Liners option includes cargo area?

I think it is just the front and rear seats. Your dealer should be able to tell you for sure once they receive their order guides. The cargo liner is separate on the accessory list that was released earlier this week.
  16. Oxford White Outer Banks spotted in Birmingham, MI!

You are correct. High and Lux Package both have those.
  17. Rock Light Comparison

So I was planning on Baja Designs rock lights for various reasons, but mostly because I liked everything I have read about the company, their quality, and I am already planning on a set of fog lights from them (I like things to match). To my surprise, the rock lights they produce are not the...
  18. Different reservation date.

I think all of the 7/13 reservations are now listed as 7/14 because of the time zone used. This is probably the same thing with yours. If you made your reservation late enough on 7/14, it was probably always a 7/15 GMT (I think that's the time zone they used for all reservations, but I cannot...
  19. 4-Door Oxford White Badlands (@ MAP)

You probably won't need a step, but one will help. When I saw the 2-door Badlands with stock suspension, it was about the same height as the 2018 F-150 Lariat I was driving. I believe the factory tires on it are 31's. You can easily step in and out without a step, but one can be nice at times...
