Brand new NEVER installed.. This is the NON sensor rear bumper, the sensors can be turned off in the settings menu..This bumper will still work for those with sensors when they are turned off..Very easy to install using the 4 bolts that hold the oem bumper on your Bronco..Has built in OEM...

Mine does the same thing, goes away after it warms up…

I have had both of mine off several times and always reuse the oem nut.. Just set to correct torque specs…

All depends on what you are planning on doing with it? I love rock crawling and built my 2 Door badlands squach to do just that.. Aftermarket rear bumper is a must, took it off on a rock obstacle, skids.. I have the 2.3 10 speed with Ford performance tune, all I need in mine running 37.. My ONLY...
