Dang, now I'm questioning my 2028 Badlands!

7/14 1 a.m. 2-door reservation here. Initially was told I was #12 of 48 allocations at the dealer. I've accepted the fact that it will be a miracle if I see it before sometime in September (assuming I get a build notification in the next month). Don't like it, but what can you do!

Fly your sales guy, the finance guy, and one of the managers (a manager always has to get involved somehow at a dealership) up to MAP, and ask them to delete the destination fee. Im sure you'll still come out ahead!

That's one of the pluses for not getting mine right away. Hopefully there will be aftermarket solutions for it. I'm definitely telling my dealer to not even think about drilling for it.

Well, since Ford dropped the ball and didn't get the Bronco to 33/38 mpg, Regular it is! That's assuming they haven't switched over to electric by the time I get mine! Haha!

It will be between $800-1200. It's a friend of my brother's. I don't have a garage, and I park under an oak tree, so I don't want the sun and goop from the tree destroying the paint on my million dollar investment! Haha.

Ahhh thanks. I misread he couldn't pick it up til Tuesday as meaning something logistically happening at the dealership with it!

For people in the know or dealers, why so long a wait to be able to pick it up?

I'm doing the same. I have someone lined up to ceramic coat mine and he told absolutely do not let them wash/detail the body. I've always hated dealers branding vehicles beyond plate covers. Why should I let you brand my vehicle to give you free advertising, much less ugly it up? Mind you...

For every order canceled, there are 3 people wanting to buy one. Im disappointed, as I was hoping to have it this summer, but it is what it is. The only people impacted are us people on here 'watching paint dry' on a daily basis.
