Your VIN isn’t valid or you entered it incorrectly. VINs are all capital letters. Make sure you didn’t enter any spaces.

That would be the total number of vehicles matching a similar make, model, year, and body style. So theoretically you will see roughly how many vehicles are in the same status that are configured with similar features.

Most likely your order hasn’t appeared in fords system, I’ve got an idea to fix that though! Expect a change tomorrow! (If you private message me a vin tomorrow I can test a fix out). Going to bed early tonight!

The vehicle status within the shipping section comes directly from the shipping provider. The tracker status on the top comes directly from Ford.

Might be just how the dates are being converted. I'll have to take a look at it. Just assume it's what the sticker says because I'm bringing that info forward for you so some people don't have to figure it out on their own.

This would be loading the shipment information. I just updated the app so the shipping information could load independently from the vehicle information while also making sure it doesn't randomly disappear if the shipping provider fails.
