Look at the lemon laws in your say. Some requirements are that it has to been back to the stop at least 3 times for the same issues, XX number of days in for repairs. I'm sure once you bring up the subject to your dealer they will spend more time looking at it or have Ford allow more labor hours...

Mine are the exact same way. Drivers side annoys the F out of me. But passenger side looks fine. My Ranger was the same way but all the door weren't lining up. This will probably be my last Ford or last custom ordered vehicle.Drives my OCD up the fing wall.
