I absolutely love my soft top. As mentioned, it's great to be able to flip it back easily. And I also like being able to lift the rear cargo. If you follow the videos showing where to hold and how to remove, the clips thing won't be an issue.
Mine had all the constraints sans MIC. Ordered in November and took delivery end of March. My advice is to not remove anything you want. It'll be worth it when you get it. Good luck!
Does your camera get blocked with the rack folded up? If it does I'm considering getting the Kuat Hi Lo extender. The 1Up extender would be nice since they can key both locks the same.
I got this one and I'm really happy with it:

I like the mesh in the middle so she still has visibility but is enough to let her know she can't come up front.
This is the stuff I love to read. Congrats on taking delivery! As mentioned earlier, this vehicle seems to have changed my overall attitude. I loved my Mustang but the Bronco just feels different. It truly gives back and makes you love driving both on and off roads. Keep on enjoying that beauty!
Agreed. That was quite some amount of force it took to screw those suckers in place. As for the clips, I placed a piece of felt under the J-hook to protect the paint.
Hmm, I don't have any interference with the soft top latches. And are you talking about the two bungie/clips above the rear view...
I have a Gearshade and I'm very happy with it. I don't feel the flap is too bad driving at highway speeds (75+) and I like that I was able to print my own graphic on it. I feel I'm able to tighten the rear straps pretty good to make it taut. It's pretty easy to take off and the only time I think...
I'm interested in this approach. Do you just apply painters top above and spray across? I assume you only have to worry about applying to the external side.
Posting my bolts here with the same issue. I know I can throw them in a bottle with vinegar and spray with WD-40 but I feel this needs to be addressed after taking delivery just a month ago. Going to the dealer at lunch today to see what they say.
4-door soft top Wildtrak here... this is my first off-road vehicle and I have no complaints at all with wind noise. I normally keep my B&O radio around 7; go up to 10 if I'm feeling spicy. Conversations and voice commands via Siri are no problem at all.
I second the A/C seats comment from above. Aside from that, I keep waiting for the honeymoon period to wear off but it seems like it becomes more of a treat with each day I drive it.
