Agreed and I have actually been cross shopping the Bronco with a compact utility tractor... but I can't drive that to work! (and really don't need one either)
I am still hoping that the Bronco is in my future but am in a holding pattern until I can sit in one at this point. A year ago I was...
While I cannot disagree with the advice against putting a plow on the new Bronco I must say that it disappoints me. The 79 Bronco I had was the best plow truck ever and generally indestructable; if only it was rust proof.
I was looking for the Bronco to be a new heavy duty utility vehicle and...
This dealer has serviced my cars for over 20 years and I really wanted to give them a chance to sell me a Bronco but they are holding firm to MSRP which I will never agree to. Looks like I will be transferring to Granger in early March...
Converting before agreeing to an acceptable price is a very bad idea. I also need to sit in one before I order which seems like a reasonable expectation to me. Of course both Ford and the dealers want you to convert right away as it is in their best interests.
The only way I will purchase...
Are new transfers still eligible for the under invoice pricing originally published? While I will likely hold out for MY22 at this point and was hoping to get x-plan pricing locally at that time I am becoming concerned that my dealer is going to insist I convert by March 19th and is not moving...
My reservation is currently with Midway Ford in Roseville. They also tried to pressure me into converting to an order sooner rather than later. I'm really disappointed with them right now. I have indicated that I am holding off for a few more weeks to see what other news comes out and that I...
In the hopes that some test or display units of the full size Bronco might make their way through town I thought I would create this thread ahead of time as a place to post sightings.
My thought is that interested members could subscribe to this thread and receive notifications. I know I can't...
Yep, I am clearly better informed and frustrated by the sales speak.
I am still holding out for at least a couple more weeks and might slip to a 2022 model because I really want/need to sit in one before I order. While I have been told by my dealer that my early reservation does fit in their...
Frankly I would keep until they made me use it. It is always nice to have a placeholder at the front of the line :) I just don't see a downside of keeping it.
Sounds like they are not a great dealer. They certainly could have taken your order and I would wager your early reservation date would have fit in their initial allocation number.
I am finding most everyone I talk to at any dealer around here is either misinformed or lying or both.
I personally have not decided where to order from and plan to hold on for a bit longer to see what shakes out.
Granger is $1000-1200 under INVOICE which is at least $1000 under MSRP (and could be a lot more depending on model and options). But I am with you, the drive and additional wait time...
Also trying to be patient and I see little reason to order before March. Really hoping to learn more about 2022 changes and I must sit in one before ordering.
Sticking with BD and likely A51 but might give up on the 2.7. Honestly hoping Ford's answer to the 4xe is announced before the order...
We stopped by Roseville Midway Ford to look at the A51. It was cloudy so we didn't get a great perspective but it looks like most of the pictures to me. More blue than I want but still my first choice, need to see Cactus Gray before I decide. Carbonized Grey in the running too and it looks...
I'm guessing that July and August reservations will be MY2021. My concern is that "summer" delivery isn't going to happen and I'm tired of waiting.
I turned in my 2017 Wrangler Unlimited lease in May and made it through most of the summer driving my Marauder. Got a good deal on a 2017...
I was dead set on a Black Diamond with the 2.7 but the price changes puts that over my target now. This caused me to look around at other options and am suddenly really interested in the 4xe which may end up being more of what I need. It is going to come down to price and availability but Ford...
Please elaborate. Are you saying the gearing is different for the Part-time vs. Advanced option?
Edit: I did find this thread showing the ratios are different but I don't know where that information came from...
My conversations with a sales rep at the dealer that I currently have my reservation with have been good and open. I don't think they have the info they need to properly negotiate yet. He has said no ADM but is directed by management to stick to MSRP for now. They do know (as we do) there...
