I've been installing car stereos for as long as I have been driving and tons of thoughts come to mind. Right off is typically your get noise if your ground is not good, bare metal ground is best. If the ground is shared with other devices it can pickup noises through that. if the amp is...
@Here4fun Possibly. It depends if it's getting trucked up probably, But if it's on the BNSF rail line it will go up to Portland first, then you are closer. I checked Damerow's site and did not see any additional bronco's in their inventory, just the blue window sticker Bronco which is dealer...
How are both the amps being plugged into the bronco's system, is it low pass through aux cables or high pass through the speaker output. have not seen how the system is setup on the bronco yet.
May have 2 separate issues going on.
In all seriousness that is really cool of them.
I wonder if next they'll send a framed picture the modules your FE is missing, and a "Hang in there" card with the cat hanging from a branch picture.
yea I got nothin any more besides my dealer says the new EDD is the 21st - 27th. Now when I call CSX tracking it just says "empty, been released by the customer". So I think it's all in BNSF's hands now, or their truck, or train. there was a train that came through Canby which is a UP track...
@Here4fun Got some false hope. A train came through Canby Sunday with about 10 automotive cars on it, mix of CSX, UP an I think BNSF. Could have been from any auto manufacturer and I didn't catch all the car numbers, but there were a few TTGX cars on the train. I don't think mine's on the CSX...
I'm not sure why ford just doesn't pull 1 day of production every regular production week to help finish the Broncos on the mountain. That would pull production back a little bit, but at least get those bronco's and FE in customer hands. Maybe there's things besides the temp gauge in the dial...
@Here4fun yea they just go by their system anyway which just says the convoy is on delay status. who knows why it's delayed or how long it actually will be delayed.
Yea it's a 10 hour drive one way, so..... Too bad we can't go get them. I'd car pool it with you and the other guy that's got one going to Damerow. or even just fly down and drive back up.
put your vin at the end of the link, the window sticker will populate once your bronco has been "loaded" in the system for production. Meaning place in production line, options etc.

@Here4fun yea same for me. I believe it went to BNSF rail as the message says after the delivered to customer says BNSF, which has an automotive facility in richmond, and one in portland. My thinking is it came off the CSX car and onto a BNSF car I believe saturday or sunday (as my CSX...
I know CSX is supposed to carry the tracking all the way through. But Richmond is BNSF's automotive facility. so it's possible it moved over to them and it's on it's way up, if not here already. There is another automotive facility in Portland for BNSF. the CSX tracking mentions BNSF at the...
