    That's BS it falls on management regardless whoever they have working. They have inspectors they have a whole line of people to make sure everything is right. They've been building cars for over a hundred years it All falls down on making money. Bottom line.

    Wouldn't make sense because at the factory the top would be on and then the bolt would be shot so if it was a socket it would touch the inside of the top
