  5. Regearing for 35's

You’ll also have to buy cv axles as well and have forscan to reprogram the modules or a dealer do the reprogram. It’ll throw a code
  6. Regearing for 35's

You can’t regear 3:73 front difs, you will have to buy aftermarket Dana/spicer. They are expected to have a plug and play front diff for the broncos without locking diffs this year.. hopefully. Um you can try to find oem 4:70 axles but they will be hard to find and overpriced.. I’m in the same boat
  7. Joey Logano x MagnaFlow Overland & Street Series Exhausts

Any future for high flow cats for the 2.3?
  8. Mishimoto Ford Bronco Intercooler Kit [+VIDEO] For 2.3 and 2.7 Engines

I would stay away from the piggy back tuners, they basically trick the computer to think it’s running one boost level while it runs another. It’s just a quick power adder to get around warranty denial. With all the power adders you’re not going to see hardly any increase in hp/tq in the lower...
  9. Mishimoto Ford Bronco Intercooler Kit [+VIDEO] For 2.3 and 2.7 Engines

Just from past experience with my F150 with a 2.7 and towing I saw more flat lined temps from the CAC with the louvers removed even sitting on a hot 90 degree in traffic hottest temp I saw was 120F. Lower temps will tell the computer it can change timing more reducing pre detonation. You’ll gain...
  10. Mishimoto Ford Bronco Intercooler Kit [+VIDEO] For 2.3 and 2.7 Engines

Just give the aftermarket world some more time… I’ll be on the look out from Full Race to make a high mount.
  11. Mishimoto Ford Bronco Intercooler Kit [+VIDEO] For 2.3 and 2.7 Engines

I’ll Do have a device to monitor engine parameters? If you do, monitor and data log your CAC temps oem with the louvers. You’ll probably see the temps see greater than 150F. Mishimoto claims to drop 15 degrees which is garbage at best with the stock louvers. If you remove the louvers running...
  12. CAI with custom tune on 2.7! -- Stock Bronco vs K&N Intake vs Dyno Tuning

Unfortunately C.A.R.B. Has put a huge damper on the aftermarket industry in the U.S. it will be a couple more years before someone will be able to sell custom tunes. Everyone is getting hit hard with large fines mostly the diesel guys. So Canada is your only option or the Ford performance tune...
  13. Mishimoto Ford Bronco Intercooler Kit [+VIDEO] For 2.3 and 2.7 Engines

Intercooler has no affect on the turbo just the temps that come from the compressor housing. Upgrading to a ball bearing turbo is the only way to achieve longevity in a turbo. Hot air produced from the turbo is what shortens the life span of an engine or cause pre detonation, poor fuel mileage...
  14. Mishimoto Ford Bronco Intercooler Kit [+VIDEO] For 2.3 and 2.7 Engines

No gain in reliability, yes it’s all aluminum but now you sacrifice silicone connections cracking overtime where as oem utilizes hard connections. Now if they utilized V-band connections then that’s a company that builds for durability and reliability not mass production.
  15. Mishimoto Ford Bronco Intercooler Kit [+VIDEO] For 2.3 and 2.7 Engines

Yeah there’s no benefit, just remove your louvers from the bumper CAC temps will stay under 100 degrees. Intercooler upgrades are only needed for high boost high load situations like running flat out all the time which you won’t see on the trails. The hot and cold pipes are also a waste of...
  16. Intercooler upgrades on 2.3L anyone (charge pipes also).

I may be wrong but I thought with aftermarket they retain the active shutters. I’ve had a few ecoboost vehicles and tuning I’ve always just removed the active shutters and retained the oem intercoolers. Now I will agree the intercoolers for the 2.0 and smaller engines are undersized. I had the...
  17. Morimoto XRGB vs. Alpharex NOVA Headlights - real world comparison w/ photos

Side note I believe Morimoto is offering a $600 credit if you send them your oems
  18. JB4 vs Ford Performance Tune for 2.3L Bronco ?

From personal experience I wouldn’t trust a piggy back system. There is so many parameters the ecu monitors that a custom tune can only be done or the Ford performance tune. People say they don’t care if it voids their warranty but a month later when they drop a piston they blame the vehicle for...
