Holy Crap!!! BC must lump your liability insurance with your registration do they? I believe they do the same thing in Quebec too. Here in Nova Scotia, we only pay for the plate registration but we have to prove that we have insurance and a valid safety inspection on renewal.
There is a setting in the computer that will force the rear camera to stay on for a short period after taking it out of reverse and even driving ahead for a bit. It's useful when trying to line up on a trailer but that's the most you're going to get from stock vehicle settings.
People shouldn't automatically assume that everyone is following too closely. My Black Diamond was 4 days old and I took a rock thrown from a tractor trailer coming the opposite direction. Crack went right across the bottom.
Holy smokes!!! I can't believe what some of you are paying for registration. I thought we were bad in Nova Scotia. I'd have to take a second job if I lived in California!!!!
That's a nice optical illusion you have there. If you stare at it long enough, there's supposed to be a horse in the picture. I still can't see it but my wife found it pretty fast!!!! Lol!!!!
Nova Scotia, Canada here. We pay by the vehicle's registered weight every two years unless you have personal plates which is annual. 2 Door Bronco is $221.70 Canadian every 2 years or $158 ish US.
I'm just giving you the gears. Out of 12 I had 3 that failed when I put the new pockets on. There was not much torque applied at all. I mean the remaining 8 tightened like you would think they should. I was left believing that those 3 weak ones were probably over tightened at factory or they...
Well also like a true American, you failed to read the purpose of the thread. It's about replacing the super cheap and flimsy clips that Ford put inside the door in the first place. That's why we wish to install some more robust Fasteners to secure the pocket. Lol!!! :crazy:
To any Canadian people that have this issue with the door clips, I found these on Amazon Canada and they are a perfect fit and the price was reasonable. The ones from McMaster-Carr that the OP mentions were too expensive after shipping and the tariff was applied for my liking...
Just a message to let people know. I bought the Mabett door storage bags for my 2024 2 door. They seem to be well made but there is one issue I'm having. They are very snug as they should be but they are so tight that if you have the hard door pockets installed like I do, they will not fit past...
I'm not blaming the tech. I'm blaming Ford. The only reason I bought the much more expensive factory hitch was for the light check feature and to know it's there and not enabled for whatever reason is maddening.
I know I can enable it with Forscan but doing so would void my warranty. I'm pissed about it because my brother had the factory hitch put on his Bronco and it was enabled. Both vehicles done at the same dealer by the same technician. The tech only followed the steps he was taught and could not...
What I would.like to know is if, after your trip to the dealer, do you have the trailer light check. After the install of the factory hitch you should have a towing option on your screen with at least connection checklist, and a trailer sway control option. You're also supposed to have a trailer...
