From what I can tell, these are a newer release. It appears they first came out for the HD trucks and fox is adding more applications.

Just had this completed on my 23’ OBX yesterday. Local dealer did it with zero push back. Had the Bronco back same day. The windows are now very solid and do not wiggle/rattle when opening the door, shutting the door, or over bumps with windows half down. Huge improvement!

looks to just be residual oil from the drain ramp that’s under the oil filter. When I change mine, I wipe the entire thing out or it will drip.
