Soft top = theft. Not at all desirable for overloading and staying in any dicey environments. Guns and ammo in the truck, as well as other valuables. YMMV if your Bronco is more of a dune buggy for weekend trips, etc.
Fellas, I could turn on a factory, tooling, and painting line for hard tops in China or Mexico in a couple of months and certainly would love the Ford Bronco volume. Even with the plastic resin supply issues, which are short term.
What's the deal with the hard top supplier's supply chain?
Great option we all desire--removable roof and doors. Will we use them all the time? Nah. Just dig it. In the AZ desert, so few of the rigs have roofs off, but YMMV in colder climes.
$15-20k over cost??? I'd likely consider it if I had an early enough delivery. I also have a Hummer EV3X on order, and hoping at least one of them can show up asap!
