find the hot wire going to your parking light and splice the LED wires into that wire. Ground would be grounded to the frame.

Of course the strap hanger they sent me was the one you see in the very back. I have to hold off with the gas tank skids till I get the right one.

Piece at the top goes on the third cross member, on the drivers side. There are 2 18MM nuts and a 15mm bolt head. Section 3 step 1, E.

That is the piece that goes in the front gas tank bracket that the OP said he had to tap in with a hammer.

I got a 4 pack from Ford but I am sure you can get them cheaper, with washers at any big box hardware store. One thing to keep in mind, the bash plate will hide one of the MC skid holes. You could put a bolt in there, if you wanted to though.

You still have the bolt holes for the factory skid that you don't have. You just need to get some bolts and attach there. Step 3 F. IDK if the bolts are there or not. Let us know how it works out. This is my next step to finish it up. I too have a WT and no gas tank skid.

I only had a bash plate and diff plate up front, no other skids. They are heavier though and more durable.

I did that and busted the pax side latch right off the top. used 3900 lb per sq inch JB weld to re attach it. Ford says I can't get just the fiberglass beam, have to replace the whole soft top.

Like the OP said, lay it out the way it should be assembled. It is like an Ikea bed you are putting together. Mine didn't come with the antiseize, I had to go buy some.
