That is what happened to my 22 Outer Banks, Ford got it back. Got a 24 Badlands and within 1k miles started again. Still to this day my 05 Tbird top is perfect no cracks, just sayin.

Its like a cracker jack box. Total surprise.

Try another dealership? Every state has kooky laws on this. Florida is pretty cut and dry. Keep moving forward and good luck!!

I have been down that road twice. Once a 2022 then same issues on a 2024.

Sad the quality has gone to the wayside. Hopefully Ford will step up and make things right for all owners...

I did, Ford bought mine back. Bought a 24 and traded. Will not buy until they resolve if ever.. Jeeps have tops that do not crack. Gen5 have tops that are still great. Almost ready to pull the trigger on a 94. Should have kept my 91 Eddie....

2 Broncos, 1 Outer Banks, I ordered the way I wanted it. Problems with the top 5 times and left front axle 3 times. Ok should be a learning curve. 2 years later a 24 Badlands. Same problems under 1K miles. Out of $$$$ for a product that should be good and somewhat recall free of defects! Waiting...

Had 3 failed fixed attempts on my 22. Got a 24 and same problem after 1k miles. I dont get it.

It wiil get worse until they admit it is a poor design and fix it the right way.

Ford where you at? We have questions....

My 2024 Badlands with 1k miles on the ODO. It is a damn shame, wait till warranty runs out, then the clown show will really start. Yes pics were taken in my garage. Go look at new ones sitting on lots. You will see them as well.

Would not be an issue if Ford built a top that lasted like Gen5... Just sayin..

5 including the factory on my 2022 Outer Banks and now going in for replacement on my 2024. No more till they get it right.

Same here with my 24 Badlands. Drivers side top and bottom, 1k miles. Passenger side as well. Had the same problem with the 22 Outer Banks. Going to wait for a while before I purchase another and see if they can make one that wont crack with just driving.
