Are you sure you have the headlights on. See way too many people with DRLS on thinking they have headlights. Do you have brake lights? If they are on get a tester and pull a bulb to see if there is 12 volt. If not check to see if seperate fuse. If not then check connection from taillights...

So the big take away is something I have followed all my life, never use anything that says quick or jiffy to change oil. Too damn important to cheap out on. Contact dealer tell them they are towing it back and fixing their screw up.
