    Does anyone have any tips on getting a rail car number from Ford? Chat isnā€™t helpful. They said the rail car number is no longer showing. Only shows ā€œleft the plantā€. Tried Chat 3 days in a row now. Dealer hasnā€™t responded. on a positive note, got my baby pic today!!!

    I guess Ford got their feelings hurt that I was going to ignore them for a few days. They marked my vehicle as ā€œin transitā€. šŸ˜‚. although no rail car info. How do I get that? I assumed it would populate in the ordertrack.app

    Wow. There truly is no rhyme or reason to any of it. Itā€™s a crap shoot. Even Ford customer service. Some seem willing to jump through hoops to help and most couldnā€™t give a damn.
