That function has been available on vehicles since pretty much the creation of interior courtesy lighting. I hope I'm just reading this wrong and assume you think it's ATV specific.

Nothing against you and too each his own but not only does that make it easier to steal but the battery drains a little fast by doin that as well by keeping everything awake all the time. Food for thought.
