Sorry starting to rain. My garage is 6’ 11.5. There is 5.5 inches from top of rack to the top of garage door. I pulled in once with the mid section and it had plenty of clearance.

I can when i get home My garage is about 7 foot. Outerbanks with sas package plenty of room with mid section on.

Mid section is rock solid. Doing 75 no problem. Has anyone used it for a cooler or luggage carrier? How does it do. How do u strap it down? Just curious, have not seen anyone use it as a roof rack. Just a mid section holder.
