It is very odd that you were not able to get the amp cover panel to go back on without modification of the mounting plate. We will have to look into this further and see if others run into the same issue.
In any case though well done on getting it to fit with the mods.
You could also try shifting the amp mounting plate down as much as possible. There is a bit of extra space in the holes that mount the plate to the box too.
It does look like our tester had a different mounting method to your panel.
Keep me posted with how the monkeying around goes, if you can't get it to fit I can get a new prototype plate made pretty quick for you to test and if it fits we will move to that.
I did make some further modification to the sound deadening, there were clips that I had to cut holes for in that spot. Still, the panel did fit nicely.
I've had a look at the photos of our trim panel and the clip on ours does indeed look a little different to yours, ours was a 2023 Badlands...
It should fit in the wild track without modifying the trim panel. Is there any chance that the sub box is sitting up a bit higher due to the Sorbothane washers and sound deadning? Clearance is tight but it should fit.
There might also be some new clips on the 23' model that we didnt see on our...
This really depends on your budget.
Morel are my favourite speakers and are what I personally run, they make our stuff look cheap though.
But if you wanted the best mid tier sounding speaker and something we have already got a tune for then id go with the Hertz range. CX100 in the dash/pods and...
Next step if you wanted to keep the key amp would be to use our DA-G2 Pro A2B pre-amp/dsp. This will allow you to remove the factory amplifier and get a clean signal via RCA or TOSLINK. I would then feed the RCA outputs of it into just a regular compact 6 channel amp as well as your kicker key...
Its definitely not a cheap upgrade that is for sure, so it really depends on your audio goals of course.
Keep in mind the kit is more aimed at DIY install. Everything is plug and play and it comes pre tuned. It would only be an few extra steps to install over something like the key amp.
You cant tune via Bluetooth, however you can change between 4 saved tune presets on the fly through the factory headunit "speed compensated volume" setting. We have repurposed this for tune preset switching. The Bronco specific kit comes with these presets already setup for +3db increments of...
Pretty much spot on but we do also offer a 3rd option that is just A2B to TOSLINK (Entry model). Thanks for the kind words, we do believe our interfaces are the best on the market. We have actually developed A2B systems for a few different OEMs now so its our bread and butter.
We have also...
Install guide is in the support tab if you wanted to check out the install difficulty, it's pretty straightforward.

Thanks! We also now have a proper RTA tune done for our amp with the Hertz dcx100.3 in the dash! We will have a tune library up on our website soon where this will be available along with lots of others!
Hi all,
What a build...
Happy to answer any questions regarding the amplifier or DSP!
We now have a completed kit for this amp that comes with all harnesses and bits needed to install into a Bronco so you don't have to go through the same pain as @brtd...
