I bought some OG scripts on eBay and am in the process of refinishing them with a Dremel tool; removing the pins on the back and polishing the chrome. Then I’ll stick them on with some 3M VHB tape. Taking delivery this week, will update. Personally, I like the idea of old and new.

Same. It’s impossible to get my rail car number. I think the first wave of Bronco buyers wore out the Bronco hotline and dealers. But my est. delivery updated yesterday on the tracker from 8/8-8/16 to 7/19-7/25, so I’m not bugging them anymore. Shipped 7/7 to San Diego. 7/2 build.

Any idea if it’s normal to remove the factory tint on the back and just do it all uniform? That’s what I want to do but not sure if that’s common or even possible. Thanks.

This is essentially a false advertising claim, misleading and deceptive. That approach has more legs than you may realize.

It sounds like their hands are sincerely tied on this one, but maybe ask them how they handle Tesla orders and what’s different here.
