  1. What do you guys think about the “Everglades”?

No 2-dr…. If it doesn’t come in a 2-dr., its not an actual Bronco.
  2. Does MAP produce Broncos on weekends / Saturdays?

Don’t be discouraged if you ordered a 2-dr. I ordered a 2-dr, BD, Sas, roof rack, mod bumper, and I was basically laughed-off by my sales lady at the time…. I got my Bronco in just 6 months. So anything can happen.
  3. Does MAP produce Broncos on weekends / Saturdays?

They want to go to 4/10’s, 7 days/wk (with staggering starts to the week) once all the shortages are over, according to my source.
  4. Does MAP produce Broncos on weekends / Saturdays?

They want to work every Saturday. They even schedule the employees to a “mandatory” Sat. the week of, but then by Thurs., they almost always—I’d say over 80% of the time—cancel it, including this coming Sat. Actually, for this week, MAP is down to one shift, as afternoons is off.
  5. Can you touch up Cyber Orange paint?

No. And he’ll explain why in the vid, too. But basically, the primer will add an extra layer that’ll cause the area to be raised in the end. We’re not machines, so we can’t put these coats on as thinly or efficiently, so he skips that step. And I’ll be honest, I’ve always skipped primer and...
  6. Can you touch up Cyber Orange paint?

Also, go to the 14 min. mark of this vid and use this guy’s method of application: Absolutely brilliant. I’ve never had a touch-up look this good until I used this guy’s method (using masking tape). For the clear coat, I just used the foam applicator that came with the OEM paint, as it...
  7. Can you touch up Cyber Orange paint?

Get the OEM touch-up here…. It says Bronco Sport, but the paint code (SB) is the same. I’ve used it, along with the clear coat brush, and it’s brilliant. Just remember: Be patient, go slow, and less is more...
  8. MAP Afternoon Shift Off Next Week (Down to 1 Shift): 6/6 - 6/10

I do sincerely apologize. I’m not ever trying to spread misinformation. From now on, I’ll always confirm if it’s both shifts or not.
  9. Modular bumper - stripped bolt - any suggestions?

By using a torque wrench, I felt I had the proper leverage and grip, and didn’t strip any bolts.
  10. Are gas prices having you question your pending order? [WARNING: NO POLITICS]

I prefer the higher gas prices!! Keeps the riff-raff out…
  11. Someone threw a rubber duck at me on the way home from my first oil change. (Pay no attention to the MPG report in the background...)

If that little rubber duck can dent my door by someone flinging it at me while sitting in their car, I’ll officially deem this Bronco, which I absolutely love, a certified piece of shit, sell it, and then go out and buy my 3rd Jeep. This conversation is over.
  12. Do we gotta do the jeep thing?

Hmmm…. I think your “news” is attempting to redefine the facts: A 2-dr. Bronco is a Bronco. That’s what a Bronco was originally. A ‘74 and a ‘22 (2-dr. of course) are Broncos. A ‘69 Vette and a ‘22 Vette are both Vettes. They’re both 2-seater roadsters. I guess I’m not understanding your...
  13. Do we gotta do the jeep thing?

I’ll only wave back to other 2-Doors, as they are actual Broncos.
  14. Gnarly tailgate rattle

I have the same thing, just like the vid posted. It’s no big deal.
  15. Issues from 1st time engaging 4x4 with 1000 miles

I was being serious. Where I live, it’s almost impossible to find a dealer open on Sat, let alone Sun. But good for you!
  16. Issues from 1st time engaging 4x4 with 1000 miles

Also thought the same thing! :ROFLMAO:
  17. Issues from 1st time engaging 4x4 with 1000 miles

Just noticed that! :ROFLMAO: Hope my 4x4 makes it to 1,000,000 miles!
  18. Issues from 1st time engaging 4x4 with 1000 miles

    Interesting… Never heard of that.
