Picked up the long awaited and eventually dismissed base, base. I had lost all interest in the Bronco and had every intention of flipping it. Drove it home and it was so much fun I'm keeping it. Installed some Badlands takeoffs today. Tint the windows and I'm good to go.
Well the dealer just called and told me my original 2021 (now a 2023) Base 2 door manual has arrived. I also have a 2 door BD manual (2021 order) being built next week. If I keep either one it will probably be the BD. We shall see.
Yep Base 2D manual scheduled for 3/6 and BD 2D manual scheduled for the 13th. Won't be keeping either one of them. That ship sailed some time ago once I bought the Tacoma. I am tempted to keep the BD though. Will most likely sell both back to the dealer like I did the Maverick.
I'm done waiting. Backup plan was activated a couple of months ago and just took delivery Saturday. If and when the Bronco ever shows up I'll evaluate the market and act accordingly. Enjoy those Bronco's boys and girls.
I have a brand new in box Curt Hitch $100.00, 2 Bronco scripts $75.00 (plastic satin black), and a Neiko Torx bit set $25.00.
Located in St Augustine Florida.
Initiated plan B today. My local Toyota dealer found me an in transit 2022 Tacoma Quad Cab, TRD Offroad 4x4, Magnetic Gray Metallic with the 6' bed. It will be here in 56 days. I'll decide what to do with the Bronco if and when it arrives. If I'm honest the Tacoma is better suited for what I...
As soon as I can find a 2022 Tacoma with the 6’ bed and a 6 speed within a reasonable distance I’ll most likely buy it. When/if the Bronco arrives I’ll make that decision at that time.
Yep. The only one showing on my account is the original base, base res. The BD order exist only on the paper my dealer gave me. I did get the email from Ford saying it had been ordered.
It is aggravating. I pass the Ford dealership practically every day. They park all the customer orders out near the interstate and almost everyday there are new broncos. Yesterday there were two new additions. 2 door CG wild track and badlands. Not mine sadly.
