I haven't had twins, but I did own a very small car (Scion xD) and have very large children. when my youngest was born we used the basic version of this car seat, but I highly recommend the ZIP line because you can unzip the liners and wash them in the washing machine...

How do you like the rails/sidesteps? Would they be easy for a six year old to use? He is almost 4 feet tall.
