I was sorta thinking the same thing.. the pics on Andersen's site seem to be of another product since there is no picture of the actual product anywhere save one vehicle that popped up at SEMA this week. I have to question the quality of a "carbon" item of this size at this price... if it seems...
i am truly amazed with John's response times and ability to have protracted conversations. On the quality side, I have the 5" fender kit and hood on my bronco. My body shop was very skeptical of any Fiberglass parts saying that most are not well made and he was honestly impressed with John's...
@Bschurr & @mhorvath1218 - I think the plan is to depart the diner by 10:45am..
do you guys want to sit down and have anything before hand? get coffee or other items to go and chat in parking lot, or just get rolling?
you are just one guy whining to the news.... looks better with you and your lawyer standing in front of the dealer, looks better if you can find the others who have been screwed to be there with you.. it becomes a bigger issue...
i would unleash the hounds and stay away from everything on your own. There was that guy in NJ that screwed himself by angrily walking into a dealer and slamming the door so hard it broke the glass and the cops were called... Let the power of the group work for you...
that said.. I doubt there...
we should add some timing into this.
there are going to be 2 meetup spots, one in Valhalla (@FallenHazzard please post specific spot & time) and one at the New 304 Diner in Nanuet, Time TBD.
both groups will meet at the Fort Montgomery Historic site (lower arrow in pic below) just on the right...
can you take a couple of detailed close up pics from different angles of the part that attaches to the front windshield? I am trying to figure out if i can attach this AND my light bar together.. I can figure that out pretty quickly.. and yes, would pay the shipping cost. these are hard to find!
yes, please post pics of tops and underside.... I have two tops and only use the hard top from November to April. Love to get this going with my low profile box.. Also, if you have part #s for specific items, would be helpful.
thanks!
I am in suburban NY and all quotes I have gotten are in a tight range of around $6000-6500. I thought I'd save $ and get it done in Vermont, the quote up there was actually higher!
question for offroading, if you encounter brush, will it scratch the PPF? or will PPF hold up to most soft brush?
@Bschurr & @mhorvath1218 I am in West Nyack, was thinking we could pick a diner or coffee shop to meet at in Rockland, I've been coordinating with @FallenHazzard & we are going to try and create a rockland/NJ group to meet up with his westchester group up near Fort Montgomery, we have a spot...
