So you are saying they couldn't offer a manual on basically a custom ordered, custom built vehicle? I have owned 6 Mustangs and NONE of them were autos. My first car was a 67 Mustang. My last was a 94 Cobra. I hear you, but it is more of an image thing vs practicality. I would never buy a...
I really hope they do not disappoint by going with an auto only. I am fearful since they neutered the GT500. I really don't know who is making decisions at Ford, but making all your vehicles the "same" does not make people want to buy them more. Ford has SUVs (any size you like) and the...
I agree. It MUST have a manual option
Also, I am hoping for a hard parcel cover like the Range Rover and SAAB 9-5 wagon vs some roll up SUV cover. The rollup covers are USELESS...USELESS...USELESS. A hard cover would allow the roof to be stored AND give you the ability to put stuff above the...
Chris,
I really appreciate putting yourself out there on this forum. It appears that many here are ready to put their trust in you for their new vehicle. I can only say that you must be the real deal because the people who will be purchasing a Bronco are not the same type of people who buy a...
Just buy a trailer. I never understand the need for a truck if you can tow a trailer with a cord of wood. A cord of seasoned wood is around 4-5K pounds, so if the Bronco has a 5-6K pound towing capacity, that will be my solution.
I don't know why they couldn't have a detachable extention the converts it into small pickp truck for hauling and then is removable. However, that would require the tailgate to fold down.
5-7K lbs would be great. I am definitely hoping it is over 3.5K. At 6K there are so many more options like smaller fishing boats and such. I hope they do not water down the number and I am fearful they will lower the manual transmission option (It HAS to have a manual, do you hear me Ford!)
Since my wife can drive manual (and actually likes it), I am SUPER hopefully that we get a manual option. We almost purchased a Wrangler Unlimited with a manual, but the price was too steep, the vehicle was loud, I don't trust FCA's build quality and the transmission shifted a little funny...
